The Holy Spirit led a man to go into the woods and pray. While in the woods, he got lost and found a witch coven where they were offering an animal sacrifice. He then released a word of knowledge that caused the leader to weep uncontrollably.
Holy Spirit Leads Man Out Into The Woods To Pray
Brian Starley shared an incredible encounter with God on Supernatural Stories. It began when the Holy Spirit prompted him to go out into the woods to pray in his hometown in Sparta, Georgia. An ordinary family visit turned into a powerful encounter with God.

It has been a lifestyle for Brian to pray for more than an hour and spend time with the Lord. But one particular day blew his mind when God did something supernatural, leading him out into the woods. It was incredible but, at the same time, the “most terrifying moment” of his entire life.
Lost In The Woods
While having fun and spending time with his family, the Holy Spirit suddenly prompted him to go pray.
“I want you to grab your headphones, put them on, go with me on a walk and pray,” God told him.
So, Brian walked out into the woods and started praying. And as he began to pray in the Spirit and get lost in the presence of God, he lost track of time. He also got lost in the woods. However, Brian was confident he would eventually find his way back. Eventually, his phone died, and he realized he was really lost. It was already dark, and he couldn’t see as he wandered through the woods.
Witch Coven
Brian feared the wild animals more than anything. Then he saw some light up ahead and followed it. And as he came near, he realized it was a witch coven. Ten girls were offering an animal sacrifice in the middle of the woods.
Brian literally froze in fear at what he saw because the witch leader holding the knife for the sacrifice pointed it at him. The witch got mad and asked three times, “What are you doing here!?”
He then heard a word of knowledge from the Holy Spirit and replied, “I’m here because God sent me here to tell you He’s real and that He loves you.”
The next thing Brian knew, the leader of the witches was shaking and weeping. She hugged him and told him that earlier that morning, she argued with her Christian mom, saying, “The only way I’m going to believe a word of his stuff you’re telling me [the love of Jesus], is if someone were to come up to me tonight sent from God to say that He’s real and that He loves me!”
