Nothing is so strong as gentleness, and nothing so gentle as real strength.
Do you ever feel like that, no matter what you do, nothing you do is ever good enough? Do you feel like, no matter how hard you try, you just can’t get ahead?
We spend years in the wilderness, learning our lessons in life, hopeful to finally have this peace in the world, and to finally move on… Where is peace? When will there ever be peace? And as humans, is it even possible to live together in peace?

Who are you choosing to spend your life with? Are they encouraging you? Do they support your beliefs? Do they understand you, supporting you through life’s many trials?
Leading By Example
Leading a family can be very challenging. Besides the financial pressures that may weigh on you, there’s making the right choices, leading by example, and being the overseer of these precious souls.
As Christians, we’re charged with doing what is right, setting an example, following what the Bible says, and all while living in a world that is clearly always being offended.
Where the world says one thing, our innermost being says another. We deeply feel the call to do what is right, knowing right from wrong, yet many choose to do the opposite.
Being Gentle Is Strong
What makes us, as humans, so vulnerable to the world around us? What triggers the insanity in this world, and the reckless behavior that follows? What makes people choose their own way, versus living a life worthy of God?
Proverbs 24:5 says, “A wise man has great power, and a man of knowledge increases strength.” We’re taught that love is gentle, love is kind. It is not boastful, and it is not self-seeking.
If everyone counts, and unity is key, why are so many causing division by their words? Why are so many constantly stirring up strife, instead of peace?
We have to speak life into our family, not curses and death. We have to trust that there is a Higher Power, a true God in our presence. We must believe that there is a life for all eternity, in Heaven, with Him… A life worthy of making these right choices, here on earth.
Choosing Peace
As a human race, we have to choose peace. We can’t give up on unity (in this world), or give in to the temptations all around us. We have to make up our minds that right-living, is right for us.
We cannot lose hope! We have to find the silver lining to our situation, and in trying to live with one another.
Peace comes when there’s a better understanding of the world around us, and the people in it. We’ve got to try and see things from God’s perspective, respecting all creation.
We’ve got to choose to make peace, and we’ve got to choose LOVE.♥️
