God works in mysterious ways, indeed. A woman proved this true after a stranger’s uneven leg grew out during ministry time.

Chelsea loves sharing anything about God to her social media accounts. From funny puns to serious reflections, she surely uses her social media to share God’s love.
In one particular post, Chelsea shared how the Holy Spirit led her to pray for a woman with a cane. She was hesitant at first, but she later witnessed something incredible.
“I actually listened and went to pray for the lady, and something A-M-A-Z-I-N-G happened. But I had an initial hesitation because I was literally in the process of paying for my things at the checkout.
I was in London Drugs and my friend @sarah_siggelkow was there with me and so when I saw this little old lady with a cane and a limp I heard the Holy Spirit tell me to pray for that lady,” Chelsea wrote in a caption.
Uneven Leg Grows Out
Chelsea knew it would be too late for her to pray for the woman if she waited for her turn at the counter. So, she did something out of the ordinary.
“By the time I would have been finished it would have been too late so I threw my card at my friend and told her my pin *in front of everyone.* And ran after the lady and her husband who had already slipped out of the door,” Chelsea shared.
She asked the woman, “Hey I’m just wondering, what happened that you need a cane? Is it your hip, knee, or ankle?”

It turned out that the woman had had hip surgery and had lost one and a half inches from her femur, the upper bone of the leg. She said yes to prayer and Chelsea sat her down on a bench and compared the length of her legs. The uneven leg caused the woman to suffer from severe back pain.
Uneven Leg Grows Out After Doxology
“I prayed the first time, nothing happened. I had her walk around to check it, still in pain, and I sat her down and prayed again, nothing.
“And then the Holy Spirit wanted me to sing the Doxology, which freaked me out at the thought of singing over a stranger’s leg, LOL. But I did it anyway,” Chelsea shared.
And the impossible thing happened.
“I opened my eyes and both of her legs were the same length! I made sure she hadn’t shifted her legs by accident. Nope, she was healed! I told her to check it and walk around. She was crying and said there was no more pain. Hallelujah! Jesus!” Chelsea further shared.
God works in mysterious ways. But even when His ways are beyond what humans can understand, they’re always for the best and for the good of the people He loves.
“My thoughts are nothing like your thoughts,” says the Lord. “And my ways are far beyond anything you could imagine. For just as the heavens are higher than the earth, so my ways are higher than your ways and my thoughts higher than your thoughts” (Isaiah 55:8–9, NLT).
