Tim Tebow was announced as the keynote speaker at the National Day of Prayer Breakfast in Florida.

This year’s National Day of Prayer will be hosted by the Southwest Florida Community Prayer Breakfast. The annual event will also be featuring the two-time NFL champion and Heisman Trophy winner Tim Tebow as the keynote speaker. It will take place in Fort Myers.
The annual event was coordinated by local faith-based organizations and was supported by local community leaders. In 2021, the community prayer breakfast established a non-profit organization known as Southwest Florida Community Prayer Breakfast, Inc. to ensure that the annual prayer breakfast would be a permanent event in Southwest Florida. They are also aiming for the event’s longevity and to expand their reach into the community.

He was a successful professional football player who now serves as a college football analyst for ESPN. Aside from his achievements in his career, he has also been known for his Christian faith. Tim has always been outspoken about his religious beliefs and values in life. In a previous interview, he emphasized the importance of prayer in his everyday life.
“I pray to start my day and finish it in prayer,” Tim said.
Every first Thursday of May every year is the observance of the National Day of Prayer. It is when people of all faiths join in unified prayer for the nation. It was established by a joint resolution of the United States Congress in 1952 and has been observed annually for seven decades. The event aims to encourage people to pray for guidance, wisdom, and protection for their country.
