Christian artist Brandon Lake talked about how prophetic words have impacted his life during his acceptance speech for K-Love Male Artist of the Year and Worship Song of the Year Awards.

Michael Brandon Lake is a Christian worship singer, songwriter, and worship pastor. At the recent K-Love Award, he won the Worship Song of the Year Award for his 2020 worship song “Gratitude” and the Male Artist of the Year Award.

Brandon came up on stage with his wife Brittany to receive his award. He thanked his wife and all the people who helped him make it to where he is now. He also shared his life verse Ephesians 3:20 to inspire the younger generation.

Prophecy
After some time, he again came up to the stage to accept his Worship Song of the Year award for his hit single “Gratitude.” While giving his acceptance speech, he talked about the power of prophecy and how the words he received have impacted his life and career.
“When you see something like gold in the Next Generation, you see somebody, you see something in their life if you see it say it. Tell them, prophecy over their life. I’m here today because so many and a lot of you in the room saw something in me… People prophesied over me.”
“There’s gold in this next generation and there’s going to be kids that are going to write the songs that get us through. If you see something in someone’s life make sure you say it to them.”
