Tiffany Hudson shared how she tried to keep her purity while leading worship on a bigger stage and in front of many people.

The award-winning songwriter and member of the Elevation worship, Tiffany Hudson, joined with Ally Domercant and talked about her journey as a worshipper. Ally asked her how she kept her purity even while leading worship on a bigger stage. Tiffany answered by highlighting the importance of having a heart that fears God. Since she was standing on a stage in front of so many people and doing things in the name of the Lord, she believed that she needed extreme fear of God.
“I don’t want to mess this up; I don’t want to make this about me; I don’t want my motives to be wrong, right? So in a lot of ways, that keeps me on my knees of like, ‘God, you know, like I didn’t ask for this, and it’s I’m blessed and honored to be part of it and a part of a church,’” she shared.
Being Part Of A Church
She then mentioned that it’s essential for her to be part of a local church. She emphasized that what she was doing wasn’t all about the tours or the albums. Instead, she still made it a priority to go to Church every Sunday.

“In so many ways, that’s grounding, in and of itself. Like this is what we do. We show up every weekend. I don’t care if the week before, we were in five different cities. We’re back at Church Sunday because this is what we’re about. So, I’m grateful to be a part of a house that really is prioritized in that way,” she explained.
The Vision
Furthermore, she also shared the vision that the Lord gave to her friend. She saw her on the stage of Elevation like a child leading, and the childlike wonder hadn’t left her. Tiffany treated that vision as a powerful reminder for her to seek God’s presence above all else.
“It’s just the kindness of the Lord to give me that picture of, like, yes, I’m stepping on an Arena Stage. But am I still that little girl? That love, just love the presence of God and just wanted to be with Him,” she shared. Afterward, she admitted that there were tons of things that God needed to uproot in her heart, and she knew that it was a constant journey as Christ’s follower.
