Pastor Sammy Rodriguez testifies how God fulfilled the word he received when he was 12 years old.

The lead Pastor of the New Season Church, Sammy Rodriguez, shared with Fergus Scarfe his wonderful testimony on the GOD TV Show. He grew up in a Hispanic culture who loved faith and family. His parents were not preachers, but his mother obligated him to attend church. When he was about 12 years old, something happened to Sammy that marked His life.

He went to an Assembly of God church in Pennsylvania with so much doubt. “Like the quintessential teen, skeptic agnostic obligated to go to church,” he described. Then, Bernie Gillot from Teen Challenge Ministries walked in. He was singing when he stopped and mentioned that the Lord said, there’s a boy named Sammy in the congregation. So, Sammy walked on the stage. “He looked at me and says, ‘Oh, the Lord says,’ Everything I’m doing right now around the world, everything, by the grace of God… was laid out prophetically,” he testified.

The Prophecy

Moreover, he added that when it is legitimately prophetic when God speaks, and it’s biblical, it will come to pass. “This is the way he wraps up. ‘Sammy… the Lord says, you’re gonna pray for the presidents of the United States of America,'” he recalled. And by the grace of God, Pastor Sammy had been an adviser to George W. Bush, President Obama, and Trump. On top of that, he also spoke in two inaugurations. He believed that God did it in his life not because he deserved it but because God’s sovereign word prevailed.

“The word of God never fails, Luke 1:37. That’s why I believe in the moving of the Holy Spirit. I’m a by-product,” he said.

Additionally, he also shared that Cindy Jacobs released a prophetic word to him in 2011 or 2012. She says, “God has a word for you, Sammy, “Hollywood.” Then he testified that what he heard came true because he just released his latest film on Disney. “In spite of me, the word of God never fails,” Pastor Sammy highlighted.

A teen battling cancer trusted Jesus in her long battle with cancer and was healed after three years.

In 2019, doctors diagnosed Brianna with lymphoma cancer. The news devastated the teen and her family, but they trusted God amidst the battle. Her parents then posted on Instagram to share their daughter’s journey in battling cancer as they believed God for a miracle. Many friends, family, colleagues, and even strangers wanted to show their support for the young girl.

There were times Brianna felt deeply discouraged amidst her battle with cancer. However, she always found hope in the Lord.

Trusting God

In one of her posts, she wrote, “Trust in God, trust in his goodness! Trust that even when it seems like nothing will be okay, you will eventually find your peace and joy through Him.”

Further, when one of Brianna’s friends gifted her a portrait of Jesus it brought her to tears.

Brianna underwent an aggressive 5-month chemo treatment that made her lose all of her hair during the process. But throughout the journey, she remained hopeful.

Three years later, the she is cancer-free and has grown her beautiful long hair back.

Sharing God’s Goodness

Today, Brianna is testifying and spreading God’s goodness in her life.

In her recent post, Brianna shared three perspectives that transformed her life. She advised her followers to “look for the benefit always,” that “comparison truly is the thief of joy,” and that “you were born to be real, not to be perfect!”

Brianna also shared,

“God’s got your back always!” and “I hope you have the BEST upcoming week because you deserve it! God loves you, I love you, and you’re amazing!!”

Teenage Girl Attempted To Take Life As A Child, Now Serves The Lord

This teenage girl is now serving the Lord after she attempted to take her own life when she was still a child.

Attempted to take own life

Divine Mora was only 9 months old when she was experienced a terrible injury to her skull while with her alcoholic father. Thankfully, the Lord healed her and spared her life despite having a baseball-sized dent in her skull.

As a child, she feared her father. It caused depression, anxiety, and panic attacks. It got so bad that she tried to commit suicide by pointing a gun at her head when she was just 11 years old.

Divine Mora

She eventually got connected to a church where she found the love and peace she had been longing for. During youth camp one year, she heard the Lord telling her that He’s always been there for her and her mother.

“I know you’ve been dealing with the absence of a father and I know you’ve been dealing with feeling unworthy, and I know you’ve been feeling alone and you’re tired and exhausted. All this stuff you’ve gone through it’s going to serve a purpose. I’ve never left you and I never left your mother,” the Lord spoke to her.

Brandnew life

That very same night, she gave her life to Jesus and surrendered everything to Him. From then on, Divine’s life has never been the same.

“After having  all that stuff behind me, it kind of is like  a clean slate and it makes it so so exciting  for life and just to serve God and to be able to encourage others.”

Divine ended her testimony by encouraging those who have been through the same struggles.

“Just trust that God’s gonna bring you along the way and He will carry you throughout everything, throughout all of it. He’s just always there for you and you just need to trust Him and His plan. He’ll take you all the way there!”

Melody Alisa grew up in church because that’s how her parents raised her. She went to church every Sunday and learned about Jesus. She heard the Gospel, but what drove her to have faith in Christ was fear.

In middle school and into high school, the young Melody began questioning Christianity. But the answers she was getting to her questions pushed her further away from God. Furthermore, her parents were divorcing at that time.

Drifting Away From God

Melody was close to her dad. That’s why the separation devastated her. As a result, Melody drifted away from God during college. She started smoking, drinking alcohol, and having sex. The friends that surrounded her were either suspended or expelled because of their unruly lifestyle.

It wasn’t long before Melody began feeling alone and fell into depression.

Embracing New Age

One day, Melody jumped into a book that taught her about the subconscious mind; a New Age book. She believe that was what could heal her depression. But looking back, Melody realized that it was therapy that helped her get through the struggle.

Melody went deeper and deeper into the New Age. And within five years, she was believing in spirit guides. The teen also carried crystals with her. But amidst it, she still struggled and suffered.

Whitney Harris grew up in a Christian home. Her parents were missionaries who loved Jesus. But it was not enough for the 12-year-old Whitney not to resent Christianity. Then a time came that the teen turned her back on God and left her Christian faith. At the time, she also struggled with “depression, low self-esteem and body image issues.” As a result, the teen found herself hopeless, lost, and purposeless.

The young Whitney became rebellious as a teenager because of her depression.

“Anything that my flesh wanted to do, I wanted to do that,” she recalled in her interview with Delafé Testimonies. “And I realized that with Christianity, there were so many rules, in a sense, like we couldn’t drink, smoke, hook up with people. It was the world that I wanted to live in.”

Turning To Temporary Pleasures

Later in high school, Whitney turned to vices that would eventually try to destroy her. She cut classes, smoked weed, and drank alcohol. Then at 18 years old, she “dropped out of school.”

“I just wanted to say, ‘I don’t need school. I don’t need this.’ I could just live however I wanted to,” she recounted. “So, at that time, I started living with some people. It was just we can’t wait until Friday, so we can just get dressed up, go out, go downtown, go to these clubs and bars. And that’s what we lived to do. I just embraced it fully.”

When Whitney reached her breaking point she was put to jail for “driving while drunk and underaged.” Soon, she turned to drugs and eventually became a “full-blown” addict. Eventually, she became a prostitute and fell into homelessness.

Whitney’s life turned around after she was put at a Christian rehabilitation center. At the center, God encountered Whitney, and His love radically changed everything.

Doctors Said Teen Wouldn’t Survive Brain Aneurysm But Mom’s Faith Led To Miracle

A teen suffered a ruptured brain aneurysm that nearly led to death, but her mom clung to faith and believed God for a miracle.

Ruptured Brain Aneurysm 

According to Tiffany, her mom, before Mionna Johnson fell on the floor, she was just singing and dancing to her favorite K-Pop group BTS. She was then shocked when her daughter went from being perfectly healthy to near death. Tiffany immediately called 911 and prayed to God for a miracle.

Medical authorities took Mionna to the ICU, and they found out she had suffered a brain aneurysm. Doctors said she would not survive. But her mom contended in prayer and did not believe them.

Every day, the mother took care of her daughter in the hospital. For the first time, she only left her side when God convicted her to get baptized after 30 days of fasting.

She said, “I truly believe that I heard from God to do that in the first place. I knew that the doctors could only take us so far. And then I had to have, you know, I had to have my faith.”

“Beaumont said that she could deteriorate in the air. So, I drove from Westland to Detroit, doing about 100 miles trying to rush there before the helicopter got there. I knew I wouldn’t make it, but I wanted to see if she would still be alive,” she added.

Then Tiffany also shared how scary that moment was.

“It was horrible. It was horrible because I didn’t know she was. I didn’t know she was going to be alive. You know, and it was worst,” she recalled.

Miracle

In the Children’s Hospital, doctors rushed Mionna to surgery. Doctors said she might never regain consciousness. And even if she did, she would be paralyzed from the neck down and wouldn’t be able to breathe on her own.

But Mionna defied all odds because she woke up and has since spent the next months making a full recovery.

“It’s a miracle,” was her mom’s only conclusion after everything her daughter went through.

Teen Suffers Deadly Brain Trauma, Then Receives Miracle On Thanksgiving Day

A teen suffered from deadly brain trauma after falling off a horse. She was unresponsive and in critical condition until she received a miracle on Thanksgiving day.

Accident

One day in 2019, 15-year-old Jade Seymour went out for an afternoon ride on her horse with her friend, Sam. Then during the trip, Jade’s Mustang suddenly went wild, throwing her off the horse. She fell down hard head-first and became unconscious.

Sam rushed to Jade’s side, but he couldn’t find help anywhere because there was no cell service in that area. He also didn’t want to leave Sam alone for rescue. So, the friend resorted to yelling out for help, hoping neighbors could hear him. And indeed, a neighbor heard and immediately called 911.

Deadly Brain Trauma

The first responders arrived, and a deputy found the 15-year-old in serious condition because of her head injury. Soon, the paramedics also arrived on the scene and rushed Jade to a children’s hospital. It wasn’t long before her mom and dad also found out what had happened.

When Jade’s dad, Scott, received a call about her daughter’s situation, he prayed as he struggled to calm down.

Dr. Molly Dorfman found Jade’s brain shut down a little after arriving at the hospital. Later, another doctor, Julia Sharma, also discovered through a CT scan that she had a bruise within her brain. The results revealed that the brain was swelling and, if not treated, could lead to death.

Jade’s parents trusted God amidst the battle for their daughter’s survival. They also called friends to contend with them in prayer. And prayers poured in for the 15-year-old in critical condition.

“God, please be with Jade,” the mother prayed. “If You can bring her back, please bring her back.”

Then less than a month later, Jade received a miracle on Thanksgiving morning.

Tragic Car Accident & Prompting Of The Holy Spirit

One night in 1999, Diane Gurley couldn’t sleep and suddenly felt a prompting in her spirit to pray. She then saw the word “accident” while praying. Later on, she discovered what it meant.

The mother soon received a call that her 18-year-old son, JR, had a horrific car accident and was in critical condition. Diane immediately rushed to the hospital and saw her son looking disfigured. The teen was the only survivor of the accident. At the same time, the other teens with him in the car died. As soon as he gained consciousness, the mother assured her son that God told her he would live and declare the work of the Lord.

Critical Condition

The accident left JR in critical condition with his “brain swelling, a shattered jaw bone, and crashed left hand.” Doctors warned the family that he might not make it through the night. But despite hearing those words, Diane kept trusting God to save her son. Soon, friends and family rallied in prayer for the teenager.

JR made it through the night, but he had to go through an eight-hour surgery. By this time, doctors said he had a higher chance of survival. However, he would probably become incapacitated or suffer from disabilities due to brain damage.

One week later, JR talked to God angrily, blaming Him for the mishap that happened to him.

“How could You allow this to happen? How could You let this happen?!” he honestly told God. “I don’t wanna live like this.”

Following that cry of frustration, the Presence of the Lord suddenly entered JR’s room. Then the Holy Spirit whispered that He would heal him. Hope and peace immediately flooded the teen’s soul, and he was never the same again.

Horrific Car Crash

One day in 2021, Jaydon Lavengood met a horrific car accident in Indiana. When his mom, Amber, discovered the accident, she thought her son was in critical condition. Apparently, her son’s car flipped, which she assumed would have caused severe injuries to the passengers.

Jaydon managed to call his mom after the crash, but he didn’t know the exact location of the accident. However, Amber believed God would take care of her son before arriving at the scene.

“God could provide him with the first responders, and the medical attention until I got there,” she said. “Or, God could sustain him.”

Prayer Chain & Miracle

Soon after, Amber and the EMTs started a prayer chain for Jaydon’s survival. And when Amber arrived at the accident scene, she was shocked by the car’s mangled status. But there, she learned the miracle that happened from her alive and kicking son.

Jaydon cried out to God during the accident and prayed for his safety. And he miraculously got out of the mangled car without any visible injuries. He then sat down on the road and called his mom. After it, he declared God’s healing power over his body.

“Jaydon, at that time, kept saying that he was not going to have any broken bones,” Amber detailed. “That he had prayed and asked Jesus, and Jesus had healed him. And he kept saying over and over again, ‘My Jesus saves, I’m not going to have any broken bones.’”

Later on, Amber concluded that it was a miracle that Jaydon never suffered from any broken bones.

“From a medical standpoint, I can’t give you any explanation as to why he didn’t have any broken bones,” she said. “To have a mild to moderate concussion only is really miraculous.”

Jaydon credited God for the miracle and was ready to return to school two weeks after the horrific crash. More importantly, he grew closer in his relationship with God following the accident. Many who knew him attested that he became a different person for the glory of God.

God Heals Paralyzed Teen Who Could Not Walk

A teen paralyzed because of a skiing accident turned to God and prayed for his healing, and God answered powerfully.

Paralyzed From Ski Accident

In January 2017, Ryan Kolonich met an unfortunate accident while having fun skiing in Pennsylvania with his ski club group. The high school senior apparently crashed hard into the icy ground. And the next thing he knew, he could no longer move his body.

As soon as paramedics rushed Ryan to the hospital, Ryan thought he could no longer walk because he was paralyzed. The MRI then revealed that his vertebrae had been shattered and pieces of bones had pinched his spinal cord. So, he had to go through immediate surgery. But the doctor made it clear that the teen could lose his ability to walk after the 4-hour surgery.

Faith In God

But despite the bad news, Ryan’s family clung to their faith in God. So, they asked for prayers from everyone they knew. Soon, the surgery went successful, and Ryan got stabilized. But doctors have yet to find out if he could still walk again. Five days later, they saw improvement as Ryan could finally twitch his toe.

Although doctors doubted his slow recovery, the family rejoiced with Ryan’s slight improvement. Ryan was still determined to be healed and give his all. Then at a rehab facility, he turned to God and prayed about his circumstance. That’s when he learned to celebrate small victories in his healing process. Through prayer and hard work, Ryan gradually recovered.

Then, on the last day of therapy at the facility, Ryan could finally walk toward his mom, who waited for him at the end. It also became his goal to be able to walk and get his diploma himself on his graduation day.

“I knew that if God could get me to where I was, there’s nothing that could stop me,” Ryan remarked.

And indeed, God showed His power and made all of Ryan’s desires come true.
