A video recorded by Dr. Naeem Nasir captured Christians in Pakistan praising God on their rooftops. Despite the lockdown due to the pandemic, they were unstoppable in worshipping the majesty of God.
Dr. Naeem Nasir
Dr. Nasir is the president and founder of Good Samaritan Ministries. He has been hosting revival crusades and evangelistic gatherings in Pakistan, resulting in many Pakistanis receiving the truth in Christ.
His ministry has expanded internationally, but his heart remained in his home country, Pakistan. He continually declares that Pakistan is for Jesus.
And Jesus has never failed him. He affirmed Dr. Nasir’s ministry with signs, wonders, miracles, and healing. More and more Pakistanis have declared that Jesus is Lord. Their fire and love for God have kept burning ever since.
So, when the pandemic happened, it did not stop them from declaring praises to God. Although the authorities have implemented home lockdowns, they looked for ways to gather and fellowship with each other.
Pakistan rooftops
Thankfully, the Pakistanis houses are designed with rooftops. So, they would climb on their rooftops and meet with the neighboring fellow believers.
Then, they would shout “Hallelujah” at the top of their lungs in union with others. Their loud praises would echo in their community.
Dr. Nasir said in his post, “Hallelujah from ROOFS of PAKISTAN.”
“Because of the CORONAVIRUS, we are not allowed to gather people, So people were standing on their ROOFS and Praising The LORD…”
