In a recent speaking engagement, Chris Mueller shared the importance of waiting on God’s perfect timing.

The Master’s University is a Christian university exists to educate maturing disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ.
According to its official website, the mission of The Master’s University is to empower students for a life of enduring commitment to Christ, biblical fidelity, moral integrity, intellectual growth, and lasting contribution to the Kingdom of God worldwide.
At a recent event, Chris Mueller was invited to be the guest speaker. He talked about the importance of God’s timing in a relationship.
“Relationships do not have to be a three-ring circus, right? It starts with the engagement ring, then goes to the wedding ring, and then ends with suffering. It doesn’t have to be that,” he said.
Chris Mueller Talked About Romantic Relationships
In a humorous way, Chris then described the difference in how women wait based on age.
“When you’re 24, most Christian gals want a godly man. When you’re 28, most Christian gals want a guy who goes to church. When you’re 34, most gals want a guy who knows where church is,” he said.
He encouraged everyone to trust God’s timing and not to act desperate.

“Don’t be desperate; don’t act desperate. Don’t rush, don’t panic, don’t believe anything other than God is in control, and it will be His perfect timing,” he said.
Furthermore, he talked about one of the major reasons why many people don’t wait for God’s timing – loneliness.
To Serve
“Maybe you’re lonely. Well, maybe God wants you to be lonely. So that it would push you towards Him. He’s a jealous God and wants no competitors. If you could write this down, not just on paper, but in your heart: “It would serve You well.”
“Your goals to figure out whether you can both serve Christ better together than apart. Simple,” he concluded.
Waiting for a relationship can sometimes lead to disappointment, which can lower your expectations and standards. But you can resist anything that you know is contrary to God’s will and plan for your life.
“No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and he will not let you be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation, he will also provide the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it” (1 Corinthians 10:13).
