A real life change is visibly seen in students who stirred a revival at Lee University following Asbury. Young people repent and were saved.
Revival Sparks Real Life Change
When students at Asbury University spent more than a week-long worshiping and praising God, other universities followed suit. And Lee University was one of those.
Speaking in tongues. Worshiping God while lying on the floor. Gathering in circles to pray over one another. These were the common scenarios you will see in many posts from people who witnessed it firsthand. Students were praying, crying out to God, and repenting. They’re getting their life right with God. And from then on, there’s a significant real life change amongst students.
A mighty move of God started this morning at Lee and is has been building throughout the day. We are approaching the 10th hour, nothing but voices in prayer, worship, and repentance. pic.twitter.com/rdJe5pn6uR

It didn’t take him long to grasp that this was different.
“There was a clear rumble on campus,” he said. “There were students running from their classes to the chapel. And so then I knew something was definitely happening.”
Rob stated that the impact of these incredible spiritual events is still felt weeks later. Although public worship sessions have been suspended, prayer and seeking the Lord have continued. “There’s been a clear, indefinite atmospheric shift on campus,” he said. “That’s unquestionable … the students are continuing to pray, they’re still continuing to seek God, and they’re still continuing to press in and believe for this outpouring that’s been happening.”
“The life change is real,” Rob added.
Young Man is Saved
In the aftermath of the Lee revival, he has started administering baptisms on campus. He shared one incredible story about a young man.
“There was a young man who was walking across campus, came by the rec center, and just felt so compelled to come in,” Rob said. “[He] had no idea what was going on, had no clue what was happening.”
This young man didn’t know about Jesus but was curious about what the fuss was. He walked in just as another student was giving a testimony. After Rob baptized the person who testified, the young man approached him. “He comes up to me at the end of the night and said, ‘I just had no clue what to do and I didn’t want to interrupt anything, but I don’t know what I’m feeling right now. Like, I don’t know what this is,'” Rob recalled.
“And I just literally led him to the Lord right there on the spot, and it was just … beautiful.”
This revival that swept across the nation has touched so many people and a real life change is happening. Don’t miss your portion!
