A suicidal woman shared a beautiful verse in the bible that gave her hope and reminded her about God’s great plans.
Suicidal Woman
A woman named Rafaela testified about how God saved her from the darkness. She was once a suicidal woman who felt so lonely and empty. She would walk head down every single day. The reason why she felt that way was because the girl who used to be her best friend bullied her, and it caused her so much pain.
One day, she was in her room when her suicidal thoughts got worse. “I was like, this is it like no one’s home right now. I don’t want to live another second. I don’t want to breathe another minute,” she tearfully recalled what was on her mind. After that, she remembered when her mother brought her to church. There was a woman who came up to her mother, telling her, “Your daughter is a flower in God’s Garden.”

Verse in the Bible
Furthermore, she started crying to our Heavenly Father, “God, if you’re real. Like if you’re really real, take this pain away. Like, don’t let me kill myself… give me life and give me hope.” Then, she looked over her bookshelf and saw a bible her mother had given her three years prior. She grabbed it and opened it. She then discovered a powerful verse that greatly impacted her life.
It was in Jeremiah 29:11, “For I know that plans I have for you, declares the Lord. Plans to prosper you and not to harm you. Plans to give you hope and a future.” Suddenly, all her suicidal thoughts and emptiness started to disappear. She once thought that she had no hope or a future. Meanwhile, she also believed that she was the issue in her family and that everything would be better if she just died. All those negative thoughts miraculously vanished and God saved her through His words.
