A woman who had been afflicted with autoimmune dermatitis boldly testified that she serves a God who heals.
Autoimmune Dermatitis
The Pentecostals of Sydney featured a story of hope on their Instagram account. A woman shared a brief yet impactful testimony of healing before their congregation. Throughout her three years at university, she endured a condition known as autoimmune dermatitis, which caused severe swelling in both of her hands along with inflammation and infection.
“They became so dry that they cracked. And I was walking around with open wounds all over my hands,” she described.
She would ask, “God, how can you use broken hands like this?”
God’s Healing
Following that, a miracle occurred. She participated in a healing service at a conference in far North Queensland. Her pastor and father prayed for her, and suddenly she encountered God’s healing power.
“I stand here today not just healed but restored. Every scar that I had from my hands from three years of cuts. Every scar is gone,” she testified.
Indeed, what God said in Isaiah 53:5 is true, “But he was wounded for our transgressions; he was crushed for our iniquities; upon Him was the chastisement that brought us peace, and with His stripes we are healed.”
