A pastor who had engaged in an affair with a church member shared his testimony of how God saved him.
Pastor Noel Recio
Noel Recio, the co-founder of Jubilee Hill Ministry and pastor of Intensive Christ Unity Church, shares his journey and testimony of finding breakthrough from the lust of his flesh. Throughout his upbringing, he struggled with depression and eventually fell into a lifestyle of drugs, alcohol, and engaging in sexual activities with multiple partners.
However, God intervened when he was invited to join a Bible study. It was during this time that he had a profound encounter with God and surrendered his life to Jesus at the age of 24. He developed a deep passion for serving the Lord and subsequently became a pastor and minister within their local church.

Physical affair
However, the enemy managed to pull him back into his dark past, tempting him to engage in an affair with another woman. Unfortunately, Noel succumbed to the temptation and became involved in a physical affair while serving as a pastor.
“This specific person joined our group and one day, she asked for us to go to a hospital to pray for a friend’s grandmother who was in a coma. When I made it to the hospital, she showed up and while we were there waiting, we started talking about the things of God. We start talking about how God is moving, and all these different things. And she says, ‘I got to tell you something though, I can’t stop thinking about you…’ The first thing that came out of my mouth was, ‘You shouldn’t have told me that.'”
God protected him
When they made plans to enter a hotel and take their actions to the next level, Noel distinctly heard the voice of God audibly warning him about the consequences that would follow if they proceeded with their intentions.
“I heard for the first time God’s audible voice and He says, ‘If you have sex with her, you shall surely die.”
