If you know anything about weight gain it can alter our physical appearance. Most importantly, it can bring damage to our health. Often times we feel that if we carry our weight well we neglect to give it any attention. In a natural aspect, if we feel like we carry the weight in all the right places even though the weight is unhealthy we tend to throw a waist trainer on and just go! We buy bigger and more loose fitting attire to adjust to the weight gain. But what about the times the waist trainers, the spanks, the girdles, stretch pants, oversized shirts, oversized dresses, or high waisted jeans refuse to conceal and hide the excessive weight?
What about the time when the realization hits that “I need to get rid of this weight” because it’s literally killing me? Often times we tend to squeeze in a spiritual waist trainer or put on spiritual spanks to cover our real issues with the mind set that “No one will ever know.”
We find ourselves forcing a smile for the world, posting scriptures, posting on our social media pages, and sending words of encouragements to mask our issues with trust, issues with pornagraphy, issues with fornication, issues with faith, issues with ourselves, issues with dishonor, issues with jealousy, issues with gossip, identity issues, issues with our health, issues with marriage, and issues with relationships. All of these are weights the Lord does not want us to adjust to or conceal in the places only he is supposed to dwell. He wants to heal and restore you in every area of our life because it’s killing the true peace, the true joy, and the manifestation of the life he’s ordained for us to have.
Hidden Weights
Jesus spoke and said come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me: for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light (Matthew 11:28-3 ). We will encounter life, we will encounter people, issues, and problems that are unavoidable and some times instead of placing those situations in the hands of our Father in Heaven and resting in him we tend to carry them. We feel bogged down, weighted, tired, drained, and to our wits end, but yet we carry burdens we were never meant to carry.
Release it all… So God Can Release It All.
