Each day you have a choice to allow the Holy Spirit to strengthen and uplift you.
How do you choose?
Not just in your decisions, but the state of your heart. Let surrender be your source of strength as you remind your soul of who you are and what God thinks about you. Your spirit will strengthen as you consider what it means to be a son or daughter.
Daily meditation on these truths from scripture will edify and remind you of who you are.
Song of Songs 6:3: “I am my beloved’s and my beloved’s is mine.”
Romans 8:26: “the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.”
Acts 1:18: “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you”.
Psalm 46:10 “Be still and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”
God knows you intimately
Ask Him to remind you of just how intricately he knows you. Conversation with God connects our hearts to becoming more like the One we love. If you are eager to look like the Rock, become like a little child. Ask questions and hold onto His answers. Full dependence on God takes our weakness and exchanges it for power connected to the Holy Spirit.
What are practical ways that you can begin to engage with God to strengthen yourself?
Meditate on The Word, pray in the spirit, and respond to what God speaks to you. As you receive from God, ask Him to help you remember the conversations you share. As you do this, celebrate how wonderfully God know, sees, and edifies you through relationship with Him.
