The outspoken Christian celebrity has been posting on her Instagram account to promote “One Step Closer Bible,” a special edition study Bible that she helped create. Recently, she answered the frequently asked question of how often we should read the Bible.
Candace answered the question by quoting Hebrews 4:12: “For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart.”
She then urged her followers to read the Bible every day because it’s a sign of obedience to God.
“Every day. Not all day every day, but every day,” she said.

Candace also explained in the caption why should we read the Bible. She explained that reading the Scripture every day can also fill us with His mercy and love.
“We read the Word of God every day because it is a sign of obedience to Him, while it also fills us with His Spirit. His goodness, His mercy, His love, etc.,” she wrote.
The 46-year-old filmmaker recently signed a deal with Great American Media to produce original content. She expressed her excitement to produce faith-filled programs for the Great American Channel.
“I’m very excited to develop heartwarming family and faith-filled programming and make the kind of stories my family and I love to watch,” she said. “I am constantly looking for ways that I can inspire people to live life with purpose. GAC fits my brand perfectly; we share a vision of creating compelling, wholesome content for an audience who wants to watch programming for and with the whole family. Great, quality entertainment with a positive message is what my partnership with GAC is all about!”
