This teenage girl is now serving the Lord after she attempted to take her own life when she was still a child.
Attempted to take own life
Divine Mora was only 9 months old when she was experienced a terrible injury to her skull while with her alcoholic father. Thankfully, the Lord healed her and spared her life despite having a baseball-sized dent in her skull.
As a child, she feared her father. It caused depression, anxiety, and panic attacks. It got so bad that she tried to commit suicide by pointing a gun at her head when she was just 11 years old.

Divine Mora
She eventually got connected to a church where she found the love and peace she had been longing for. During youth camp one year, she heard the Lord telling her that He’s always been there for her and her mother.
“I know you’ve been dealing with the absence of a father and I know you’ve been dealing with feeling unworthy, and I know you’ve been feeling alone and you’re tired and exhausted. All this stuff you’ve gone through it’s going to serve a purpose. I’ve never left you and I never left your mother,” the Lord spoke to her.
Brandnew life
That very same night, she gave her life to Jesus and surrendered everything to Him. From then on, Divine’s life has never been the same.
“After having all that stuff behind me, it kind of is like a clean slate and it makes it so so exciting for life and just to serve God and to be able to encourage others.”
Divine ended her testimony by encouraging those who have been through the same struggles.
“Just trust that God’s gonna bring you along the way and He will carry you throughout everything, throughout all of it. He’s just always there for you and you just need to trust Him and His plan. He’ll take you all the way there!”
