A little boy got his Bible and read James 1:19 to his mom and dad who were in the middle of a heated argument. The Bible verse advises to “be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry.”
Boy Reads James 1:19 To His Mom And Dad Amidst Argument
In a testimony shared by Pastor Patrick Kimera on Instagram, a little boy encouraged his parents to stand on the Word of God. His mother shared the story that was captured on their in home camera.

He declared and spoke to them, “be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry.”
After hearing about their son, the parents broke down. They felt convicted by God’s Word and stopped arguing.
Prayed For Mom And Dad
Later, the mom asked what happened and why Cruz did what he did. Then the little boy replied, “I knew God was going to come.”
At first, it puzzled the mom, and Cruz explained, “because I had already prayed.”
Apparently, their son prayed for his mom and dad to stop arguing while he was in the room. The little boy shared that he “prayed three times.”
Further, the mom asked how he came up with James 1:19 from the Scripture. He said, “That’s what God told me. He put it in my mind.”
Cruz’s response amazed his mom and dad.
“He had no doubt whatsoever,” his mom remarked. “When he prayed, he prayed with faith. He knew God was going to show up and He did.”
Finally, his mom thanked him for listening to the voice of God.
