A football star got shot when a fight broke out at a college party. The teen almost lost his limb and football dreams until God performed His miracle, answering his family’s prayers.
Teen Football Star
Garrett Hall loved playing football. It was his passion and dream to play football for the rest of his life. More so, he wanted the sport to be his ticket to a college scholarship. Hence, during high school, the teen became a star athlete.

Then in prep school, a teammate invited Garrett to a party after moving into his new dorm. But after witnessing the unlikely party, he didn’t stay long. So, he left with his teammate, and when they reached outside, a sudden commotion broke out from the party.
Caught Amidst A Fight
A fight broke out at the party, and they heard gunshots. The next thing Garrett knew, he was already shot. The teen’s leg gave out, and he could no longer move. He then saw himself in a pool of blood. Garrett immediately cried out to God to save him.
Later on, authorities arrived at the scene, but the gunman escaped. As soon as they saw Garrett bleeding, they rushed him to the hospital.

In the hospital, the teen’s vascular surgeon discovered the depth of Garrett’s injury. Apparently, the bullet “hit the artery and the vein, it shut the blood flow off to the lower part of the foot.” According to the doctor, he could lose his limb, and his condition was life-threatening.
Although the news shocked and terrified Garrett’s parents, they both turned to God amid the uncertainty. The couple prayed to God to take care of their son. Garrett’s younger sister also prayed for her brother. The whole family left everything in God’s hands and asked others to join them in prayer as well.
Five hours later, after Garrett’s surgery, his doctor attested to the miracle. And one year later, the teen was able to play football again.
“To be honest with you, I never thought he’d play football again,” the doctor said.
