CJ explained the writings: “I put a lot of stuff but I put a cross, triple seven, and then to the glory of God. And then I put Proverbs 3:5-6, which was my favorite scripture, “Made for This.” I put “STM” which is my group of friends back home and I put “Long Live S3,” my cousin who passed away that introduced me to football. And then I put the “Inland Empire” where I come from.”

But he also believed that it was God who appointed all of them for the job.
“I just feel like God wouldn’t put nothing on me that I couldn’t handle. And I feel like who I am as a person, the work I put in, that’s plenty. I put my blood, sweat, and tears into it, and it’s just really cool to see the fruits of your labor. I’m just super blessed,” he said.
