From 15th December 2022, 13 million more homes across the UK will be able to watch GOD TV on channel 282. God has opened a miraculous door for us to proclaim the Gospel across the nation via media, and we cannot wait to see the testimonies of lives transformed and souls saved through hearing the Good News of Jesus Christ.

What an awesome opportunity we have to reach more people with the Gospel in a way which is simple and cost free for them to do so! Please tell your friends and family, tell your neighbours – GOD TV is available to them 24/7, bringing inspiring and faith filled programming.

“One By One” With Becky Murray Airs Tomorrow on GOD.TV

My life changed forever when nine-year-old Felicity asked if I wanted sex in return for a pair of shoes. “What must have happened to her in those nine years to think that of another woman,” I thought to myself.

In that moment, I made a decision that completely altered the course of my life. Abandoning plans to become a lawyer, I launched One By One, a charity focused on ending exploitation of children such as Felicity across the world.

More than a decade later and now with more than 10,000 children in our care each week, I realise that although Felicity was asking me a question that day in Sierra Leone, so was God.

“Who will go,” he famously asked Old Testament prophet Isaiah. He was asking me what I was willing to do. It’s easy to get sad, to shed a few tears and to feel sorry for what has happened, but what was I was going to do about it? Sympathy can shake you, but compassion will move you.

“Here I am, send me,” Isaiah responded.

The Holy Spirit has been asking that same question throughout history, and for centuries, men and women have said yes to the call of God, paying incredible prices to see God move in their generation.

Saying yes to God and asking him to ‘send me’ has been quite an adventure. From building a children’s village in Kenya to more recently rescuing children from slavery in Pakistan, dealing with children who have fled the Taliban in Afghanistan and helping women say no to sexual abuse through our Dignity Project across the world, I’ve seen the power in saying yes to God.

I’m delighted to open the scriptures with you on my new series with GOD TV.

‘Send Me’ will look at characters in God’s Word, as well as my own stories from the mission field and show you how you too can be a part of the great commission to take the gospel to the world. My prayer is that as you watch, you too will reach a point where you can say to God ‘Send Me’.

It hasn’t all been easy. In fact, I’ve faced many challenges along the way, but God has been with me every step and I know my testimonies will encourage you too as you obey God’s call on your life.

Getting on a plane might not be possible for you – but that doesn’t mean you don’t have a mission field. God may have called you to business, politics or even to reach your neighbours with his love. Whatever it is, there’s a job for you in God’s kingdom.

Some weeks you’ll laugh and rejoice, other weeks you’ll cry, but I know ‘Send Me’ will be an encouragement to you in your spiritual journey as you begin to say yes to God’s call on your life.

They happily share the wisdom of their past and the trials that God has brought them through often times the hard way but ultimately through perseverance, they would see God’s plan and God’s brilliant faithfulness in all.

Spread The Word Of God From “Door To Door And Shore To Shore” With Walter Hallam

Growing up as the third child in a Pastor’s home of seven children, Walter Hallam is no stranger to ministry. Even as a young man, Walter used to say with humor that he desired to become a Christian millionaire and a good deacon – in that order.

In 1980, Walter and his wife began to prepare themselves to enter into full ministry. Their journey was much like the story of Abraham being called to a place he did not know. Walter began looking and praying for the place and the type of ministry God had for him. (Hebrews 11:19) In 1984, he spent a lot of time traveling and ministering in the U.S. and seeking the Lord’s guidance of where he should go. Late in that year, Walter received a prophetic word from an anointed man of God that he and Cindy were to move to Texas City, Texas and begin ministering the good news of Jesus Christ.

After seeking the Lord and moving to Texas City, almost immediately their mission became clear. God has calling them to raise up a strong, faith-filled, family oriented Church. Today, Walter and Cindy are the founding Pastors of Abundant Life Christian Center on the Texas Gulf coast.

Today, Pastor Walter Hallam is passionate about spreading the Word of God from “door to door and shore to shore”. He has helped train and raise up over 1,000 ministers touching over 30 states and over 30 countries.

In September of 2000, Perry Stone began to broadcast a new television program called Manna-Fest. He believed the time and season for it had come, and the vision was to continue to expand the weekly television outreach into more and more cities.

Over the years the audience has increased by several million households. It has been wonderful to see God expand the ministry that brings the Word from the Church house into your house! While Christian programming should never replace the Church – it is a wonderful tool to reach the lost and teach the believer.

The purpose of Manna-fest ministry has four main pillars. They include:

Creating Unity With Partners

Speaking on Israel Breaking News, Asher Intrater of Revive Israel Ministries described the unity of local congregations in their support of Shelanu TV. “As Messianic believers in the Land, we want to see all Israel saved. The media is one of the most powerful methods to achieve this. We’ve tried for years to make this happen. Now that a major media platform has opened to us, this is a special opportunity to reach our people”.

Avi Mizrachi of Adonai Roi Congregation spoke of the opposition Messianic believers face. “Israel is a democratic country, where we have freedom of speech, however, there are those who try and stop us. We have had threats, but we are Israelis. We love our country, speak Hebrew and are here to stay until Yeshua returns”.

For the first time in history, a Messianic Gospel TV channel is set to broadcast. It will reach Jewish and Arab viewers in Israel, in Hebrew. Shelanu TV launches on Israel’s largest cable television network, HOT Cable, in March 2020, will be available in some 600,000 Israeli homes with programming in Hebrew and English with Hebrew subtitles.

Shelanu means ‘Ours’ in Hebrew and the new channel aims to help Israeli viewers understand that Jesus is not a foreigner or imposter. Rather, He is Yeshua, the Messiah, born in Bethlehem. This is a ground-breaking initiative. The Gospel will be broadcast all across Israel in the revived language of the ancient Jewish prophets.

Religious Channels: A Lifeline for the Hopeless

Television has the power to shift culture and transform society today. So how do we take advantage of one of the greatest opportunities to influence the world and spread the Gospel? Religious channels. We get the opportunity as Christians to spread the hope of the Word for the believer and the non-believer through television. Not only from the physical pulpit but outside the four walls and into the world. For some, it could be a lifeline of hope and change their life forever. The TV and its religious channels have the transformational ability to change the way we think about life.

Religious Channels: Television’s Impact

The invention of television dates back to the 1800s and early 1900s with American inventor Philo Farnsworth and Scottish inventor John Logie Baird. It’s only been in the past 100 years that television has become very popular for the everyday American. Today at least one television can be found in just about every home. The TV is the abbreviation for TeleVision which means to cast a vision, to tell a vision. This powerful tool has shaped history and made an impact like no other. It has both the ability to inform people about what’s happening in the world and to entertain. Entertainment casts vision for what family looks like, what is acceptable in society, and builds emotion inside the hearts of those viewing. We see throughout history how TV has impacted culture. These subjects include news of social issues like race, class, and gender. Today we see a lot of the same big issues being talked about and in addition issues such as abortion, race, sexual orientation, and immigration.

Christian Religious Channels for the Unbeliever

Even though Christian religious channels keep believers united and encouraged, it’s so much more vital for the attention of the unbeliever! There have been numerous stories about individuals flipping a station and catching a glimpse of a Christian channel. It has brought many individuals to Christ in a hopeless time of their lives and given words for what their hearts truly ached. You never know who will happen to land on a station that is preaching Christ and minister to someone’s spirit, right where they are. We can be a light in the darkness and bring a message of healing to the broken with religious channels.

Religious Channels: Unity to the Body of Christ

Christian religious channels are for believers to stay unified. Even though the message may differ with denominations and beliefs, the goal is to lift up the name of Jesus in all the Earth. This is what we get to celebrate and lean into. As we tune into these channels of hope, we keep one another accountable and encouraged in our faith. Psalm 133:1 shares, “How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity!” While it is important to stay true to the word and the interpretation of it, it’s so vital to show the world how we as Christians love one another in the faith. This picture of love is a picture of Christ’s love for the world as well.

When you partner with Christian religious channels, you are actually partnering with the Kingdom of God advancing in society. Making the gospel of Jesus known through TV is one of the greatest impacts we could have as believers! Be a part of transforming the hearts and minds of society with truth, affecting the way we live and raise our children.
