A 15-year-old boy named Luke was healed from a lifelong condition and shared about the love he experienced from God.
A Lifelong Condition
Luke experienced so much pain in life. His esophagus was not fully formed, and because of this, he couldn’t eat solid food. In fact, his mother needed to prepare blended food until he was three. Growing up, he had a hard time in school. “I never really put it together. So, I was kind of living early childhood like this and not knowing why. Thinking I was different to everyone else, and it’s horrible,” he recalled.
When he was coming out from surgery, he said that every time he was eating, his body was attacking itself. Then, fear started to appear bigger in his life. “I was scared if I ate out or ate at school…I felt like giving up which was then my mental health just fell down completely,” he narrated.
He couldn’t sleep at night and he had suicidal thoughts. According to his mother, it was really a scary time because there was nothing that she could do for her son. He was at the lowest point in his life. In fact, he gave up completely. But something happened that shifted everything.

Love from God
Moreover, Luke and His mother stepped into a healing center, and there, he felt God’s presence. They walked to a table and had the communion. His mother noticed that Luke started coming over, and that’s when she told him she would take the bread for him. But then suddenly, a miracle happened. He felt an unfamiliar heat throughout his body and started sweating. “I felt such a presence of God. And it was insane to feel that love… I felt God during that, calling me to take the bread,” he testified.
He ate the bread and felt a warmth in his throat. That wasn’t possible before! He wept and his mother couldn’t stop beaming. Luke threw up in the middle of the night, but woke up feeling like something evil had been expelled from him. “I’m enjoying just living. It’s just even if something bad happens to me, I’ve got this to hold on to. And it just puts a smile on my face,” Luke concluded.
