There’s Strength in Him.
There may have been times, in your life, where you may have grown weary in your journey. You may have felt emotionally, spiritually, mentally or physically exhausted and the load seemed like it was too much to carry. Don’t worry my brother or my sister, God is with you and He wants to lift the load. He wants to carry your burden and lift you out of this bondage. You were not designed to carry this weight by yourself. When the weight of life seems to be weighing you down, here are a few reminders to strengthen you.
Lean and Trust In God.
“But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.” Isaiah 40:31 KJV
Wait upon the Lord and He’ll renew and restore your strength. When you search and seek out God’s Word, surrendering to His Voice, He will direct your path. When you wait upon the Lord He will refresh you and restore you to your rightful position in Him. When you walk with Christ, He will Cover you, Protect you and He will not cause you to faint. When you submit yourself to His Will, you’ll receive His Peace. When you Trust in God, He’ll renew you like never before. It’s up to you to surrender to Him wholeheartedly. You can find your Peace when you surrender to Him. He created you and He can lead you through any and every circumstance that you may face. Trust God and cast your cares upon Him.
Create In Me A Clean Heart.
“Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.” Psalms 51:10 KJV
Your strength starts with the condition of your heart – your spiritual heart. In Christ, we are new and through His Blood we are free and forgiven from the entanglement and bondage of sin. In Christ, there is Rest. There is Peace – In Him. The weight, guilt, shame and defeat of your past is eradicated in Him — there is no condemnation in Him (Romans 8:1). When you carry the weight of condemnation, it binds your mind and shackles you down to the shame of your past. However, when you are in Christ, you are forgiven, set free and completely restored through His Blood. In Christ, He’ll give you a new start. When you repent, turning from your old ways, He’ll heal your heart, home and your land: “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.” 2 Chronicles 7:14 KJV
Declaration: In The Name of Jesus, I am set free from condemnation and its shaming weight.
Run Into The Lord’s Tower
“The name of the Lord is a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.” Proverbs 18:10 KJV
God’s tower is strong. His Protection covers your sin. In Him, you have the Victory to overcome the adversary and to defeat Him on every level. In Christ, you are safe. Run into His tower, cover yourself with His Word and He’ll deliver you from every foe and every fiery dart the enemy tries to throw your way. In Christ, your enemies are defeated. In Christ, God has given you the Power to Rest and have Peace in Him. God’s tower is strong, safe and secure. You were meant to have safety in Him. When you run to Him, you’ll have a place of retreat and shelter.
Take My Yoke Upon You And I’ll Give You Rest.
“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” Matthew 11:28-30 KJV
When the burdens of life seem to weigh you down, rest in God, He will lift every one of your cares and burdens. Trust Him and cast every care, desire and concern to Him. When you decide to hold on to your burdens you’re erecting an altar that worships your cares instead of redirecting your heart to worshipping God. He cares for you, and wants you to have peace in Him. Take hold to what God’s Word Promises and trust that He will carry you, lifting you up out of your weary place.
It’s A New Thing.
“Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.” Isaiah 43:19 KJV
God will spring forth the new out of your weary wilderness. God is with you and He will do the new thing. Your present condition is not your permanent place of habitation. God will birth something new even in a dry, desolate and isolated wilderness. In the wilderness, God will create miraculous opportunities that’s only manifested by His Power and orchestrated by His Hand. God will turn a dry and desolate place into a place for Him to perform the seemingly impossible. In Christ, you will flourish. What’s impossible for man is not impossible for God to heal, transform and deliver. When God is with you, even when you’re in the desert, He will turn every place that was dry and cause it to thrive and flourish.
Embrace your new season and everything that God has in store for you. Let Him lift you up out of your weary place and be restored in Him. “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” 2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV
