The Blessing
In an Instagram post by Selena, she wrote:
“The blessing – Kari Jobe
May His presence be upon you, a thousand generations, and your family and your children and their children and their children… He is for you.”

In the video, one of her friends played the piano and sang the first verse of the song. Then after singing the chorus “Amen,” Selena sang the bridge part of which she used as a caption in the post.

Finding Her Peace In God
It’s been known that during the quarantine period when the pandemic hit the U.S., Selena has been finding her peace in the Lord.
In an Instagram Live interview with Miley Cyrus in “Bright Minded”, she revealed how she chooses to live by faith. She said, “I read Scripture and poetry and everything. And there’s just one line that says, ‘I choose to see the goodness in the land of the Lord,’ for me speaking personally. And it’s because we weren’t really prepared for this specifically.”
In the midst of all the crazy things happening in the world today, the singer never stopped spreading hope. She continues to speak up about her faith and advocate for mental health awareness.
