In a sermon by Nick Vujicic, he revealed one of the things that stops people from coming to Jesus.
People From Coming To Jesus
Nick shared that doubting God’s love is what stops people from coming to Jesus.
“One thing that stops people from coming to Jesus is because they don’t believe that Jesus really loves them that much,” he said.
As a matter of fact, Nick revealed that he has sometimes doubted Jesus’ love. He continued, “I know, that’s, like, my biggest question. ‘Why do you love me so much? I don’t get it. I don’t even love me sometimes. Sometimes, I hate me, and You still love me.'”
“Despite my sin, Jesus still loves me.”
And the same can be said for all of us. Nick emphasized, “Our Heavenly Father loves you unconditionally.”

Father’s love
When Nick became a father, it was a moment when he got a glimpse of how great the Father’s love is.
He recalled one story: “When my wife was actually pregnant with Kiyoshi, I put my foot on her belly to feel him kick. And I felt it. I was so moved in emotions. I looked up at my wife, straightened her eyes, and I had tears in mine. And I said, ‘Babe, I love him. I’d never seen him, never saw his smile, never heard his laugh. He didn’t earn my love at all before he was born. I knew him, and he was mine.”
Indeed, as the saying goes, “There is nothing you can do to make God love you more. And nothing you can do make Him love you less.”
God’s love for us is demonstrated in this, while we are still sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8). We don’t need to earn His love because it is freely given, but it is in believing in His love that we experience His salvation, power, and presence!
