A passenger credited God for protection from an explosive emergency inside the airplane and for delaying their flight.
Explosive Emergency
Jimmy Levy’s backpack caught fire when he was inside an airplane. But he thanked God that it happened before the plane took flight. He said, “If the plane was in the air, who knows how it would have ended.”
As Jimmy was about to sleep, he heard a blast from under his chair and found out that it was coming from his backpack. A ball of fire shot up as crew and fellow passengers worked together to put out the fire.
WSVN News reported that the portable charger Jimmy had in his bag set off the fire. He now advises other travelers to be “very careful with your carry-on bags.”

He said, “Stay prayed up because God definitely protected us.”
“Please be mindful of your chargers,” he added. “Apparently, it’s a common thing. Mine came from a fancy mall in Boca and it was pricy, so I’m shocked.”
Moreover, Jimmy noted that what happened was surely God’s divine protection. People had called out Jimmy for referring to the incident as “spiritual warfare.” So, he pointed out that whatever happens in the physical is also spiritual.
He said, “I saw many comments hating on me for calling what happened ‘spiritual warfare.’ But let me make this clear: EVERYTHING physical is spiritual as well.”
“The delay of the plane was God’s timing! For that, I rejoice in the Lord!”
Jimmy believed that the explosion was an attack from the enemy. It tried to stop him from advancing the Kingdom of God as he would go out to public places and gather people to worship Jesus. And although the weapon against him was created, it did not prosper because God’s hand is with him.
As God had promised in Isaiah 54:17, “No weapon that is formed against you will prosper.”
