A man with cerebral palsy quickly wanted to repent and trust Jesus after hearing the Gospel from Christian evangelist Ray Comfort.
Sharing The Gospel To A Man With Cerebral Palsy
Just as Christian evangelist Ray Comfort often does in his ministry, he approached a stranger to share the Gospel. In one of his videos from last December, he walked up to a man with cerebral palsy named Ivan.

Ivan admitted that he used to believe in God when he lived with his grandparents. However, after moving out from their care, he also lost touch with his faith. He mentioned that he couldn’t read the Bible because he didn’t know where to start. So, the evangelist advised him to begin with the Gospel of John.
The Hope Found In Jesus Christ
Soon, Ray started to share the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ with him. He shared Romans 6:23, “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
The evangelist then asked Ivan if he thought he was a good person, to which he claimed to be one. Initially, he confidently asserted that he kept the Ten Commandments of God when Ray asked him. However, after Ray followed up with a few questions, he changed his mind.

Ivan honestly shared how he had lied a few times and even looked at a woman with lust in his eyes. Ray clarified that sin doesn’t start with one’s actions but in the mind, emphasizing, “That’s how high God’s standards are.”
Realizing he couldn’t match God’s standards, Ivan knew he was guilty, leading him to the realization that sinners are punished for eternity in hell. It was then that Ray shared with him the way out—the hope of mankind, Jesus Christ.
As Ray shared God’s love for him, Ivan changed his mind, quickly desired to repent, and accepted Jesus into his heart.
