Luke Tillman, the 5-year-old kid preacher who went viral after baptizing his toys, finally delivered his first sermon at church.

GOD TV previously reported young Luke, who appeared in Jennifer Hudson’s show because of his gesture in baptizing his toys. Now, he finally got to share a message at church.
Luke’s dad, Ezra Tillman Jr., the pastor of the First Trinity Missionary Baptist Church, prayed hard before allowing Luke to come share with the church. But he referred to Matthew 19:14, which says, “Suffer not little children to come.” And so, he makes space for the little children when they do come.
Ezra is encouraged by his son’s passion for the Lord. He confessed that he had waited for two years before baptizing Luke because he wanted Luke to understand what he was doing, even though Luke wanted to get baptized when since he was two years old.
That’s why Luke baptized his toys because he wanted to be baptized so badly himself. Thus, the viral clip of his Paw Patrol water baptism.
Preaching all-day
“He was so adamant and obsessed with being baptized that I couldn’t deny that he understood something he wanted to do. And likewise, that’s how he feel about preaching. All day, every day, he’s preaching,” Ezra shared.
Once, Luke made his father sit down at home because he wanted to have another service, even after coming from service at church. And after listening to Luke, Ezra realized that the five-year-old was not playing.
“He’s saying stuff that we ain’t taught him,” he affirmed. That’s when he decided to invited Luke to share at church.
Luke delivered his message from his favorite verse, John 3:16.
“I’m going to talk about God’s love. God’s love, He gave His only Son.”
