A comedian got to share the Gospel on the worldwide platform of America’s Got Talent.
Gospel on America’s Got Talent
Barry Brewer, a contestant from South Chicago, entered the stage on crutches. Despite his condition, Barry was cheerful and bright. His optimism captivated the audience and the judges.
His comedic act involved him sitting behind a keyboard. He played the instrument while sharing jokes. He even joked, “I was gonna do stand-up comedy, but I’m gonna sit down today.”

But his performance was unlike others.
While Barry was on stage, he got to share the beautiful verse of John 3:16.
Barry discussed the difference between white and black churches by preaching the “golden text of the Bible.”
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” (John 3:16)
Barry also blessed to the audience.
User @nathancomstock889 commented on his video, “The dude is a genius. He used comedy to tell millions of people John 3:16. Great job, bro! I’m sure that spoke to someone who needed it, and they found Jesus.”
Indeed, in less than 3-minutes, Barry told millions of people about God’s love through Jesus.
Let’s learn from Barry and find unique ways to share the Gospel!
