Today’s Message:
We grow up learning to stand on our own and try not to rely on others as much as possible. But, this has built an independent character within us. It may not be wrong to do so, but we depend on ourselves more than on God.
But, God created us not for independence. He made us reliant on Him. When Eve tried to be independent, she gave in to the enemy’s temptations.
And God is telling you right now that you don’t need to be strong in front of Him. You can let go and allow Him to hold everything that you bear. It is not your burden alone. God loves you, and His plan for you is good. His yoke is easy, and His burden is light.
So, come to Him and surrender your heaviness. You are safe in Him. Shalom!
