Today’s Verse:
“We know that we have come to know him if we keep his commands. Whoever says, “I know him,” but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in that person. But if anyone obeys his word, love for God is truly made complete in them. This is how we know we are in him: Whoever claims to live in him must live as Jesus did.” 1 John 2:3-6
Today’s Message:
A true follower of God is seen in his obedience to God’s commands.
Because the truth is, following God is not convenient. It demands us out of our comfort zones. It requires our full dependence on God.
And in it, we grow and develop as mature sons and daughters of God. His love is made perfect in us.
In this world where hypocrisy and pretensions try to dominate, let us become Christians who truly obey God because we love Him with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength. Shalom!
