Today’s Verse:
This is what the Lord says—
your Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel:
“I am the Lord your God,
who teaches you what is best for you,
who directs you in the way you should go.
If only you had paid attention to my commands,
your peace would have been like a river,
your well-being like the waves of the sea.” (Isaiah 48:17-18)
Today’s Message:
What an amazing revelation from God! He declares Himself as the God who leads us to what is best for us. It only proves that His plans are more significant than ours.
But, God also honors our free will. If we don’t obey God’s teachings, we will not come to His good plan. Disobedience to God keeps us from experiencing God’s best.
At the same time, if we are following His ways, rest assured that we are safe in His hands. God directs us to the ways we should go. He is ever-present. Shalom!
