Today’s Message:
Today, Jesus wants to remind you that He is “Immanuel,” the “God with us.”
Jesus came to earth along with His declaration of who He is – the God who wants to be with His people. He brought the message of reconciliation, aiming to restore God’s children to the life with their Heavenly Father so that we will not walk in this world alone.
And when He left, He did not leave us as orphans. He sent the Holy Spirit to be with us always, guiding us every step of the way.
So, if you feel lonely, remember that God is with you. Just turn your focus towards Him, and you’ll realize He’s been there all along.
Life is full of uncertainties. There are moments of joy, but also seasons of struggle and doubt. Sometimes, we feel alone, overwhelmed by the challenges that come our way. However, in the midst of it all, there is a powerful promise that Jesus gives us: “And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.” (Matthew 28:20)
A Promise of His Presence
This verse is a beautiful reminder that no matter what we go through, Jesus is always by our side. He spoke these words to His disciples before ascending to heaven, ensuring them that His presence would never leave them. This promise extends to us today. Whether in moments of happiness or trials, Jesus walks with us, guiding, strengthening, and comforting us.
You Are Never Alone
Sometimes, we may feel abandoned, as if no one understands what we are facing. But the truth is, Jesus is always with us. He is there in our struggles, in our victories, and even in our moments of doubt. His love and presence are not dependent on our circumstances but on His unchanging nature.
Trust in His Faithfulness
When we rely on Jesus’ promise, we can find peace in knowing that we are never left to handle life on our own. We can trust that He will provide for us, give us wisdom, and help us navigate through every challenge. His presence brings courage and strength, reminding us that we are never truly alone.
Walking in Confidence
Because Jesus is with us always, we can live with confidence and hope. We can boldly face our fears, knowing that the One who conquered death is by our side. We can trust that He will never leave nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). His presence gives us assurance that, no matter what lies ahead, we are in His hands.
Today, take heart in the promise of Matthew 28:20. Whatever you are facing, remember that Jesus is with you always. His presence is your greatest source of strength and comfort. Lean on Him, trust in His love, and walk forward in faith, knowing that you are never alone.
Prayer: Lord, thank You for Your promise that You are always with me. Help me to trust in Your presence, even when I feel alone. Give me the strength to walk in faith, knowing that You will never leave me nor forsake me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
