Today’s Verse:
“Look at all the birds – do you think they worry about their existence? They don’t plant or reap or store up food, yet your Heavenly Father provides them each with food. Aren’t you much more valuable to your Father than they?” Matthew 6:26
Today’s Message:
Today, God is saying to you, “Do not worry, My child. I will provide.”
A little child never worries about his food and where to get it. Because he relies on his father to provide for him. He knows that when it is time, he can eat because his father has already provided for it.
In the same way, Jesus presented God as our Heavenly Father. And as a Father, He will provide for His children. That is why, He keeps on telling us, “Do not worry.” Because it is the Father’s job to provide. We simply receive and enjoy Him. That is the privilege we have as children of God.
You don’t earn God’s provision through effort or fear. He provides because He loves you. You are precious to Him—not because of what you have or what you do, but because you belong to Him.
Let Go of Worry, Take Hold of Trust
Worry does not add a single good thing to your life, but trusting God brings peace. When you surrender anxiety and choose to believe that He knows your needs, you walk in the freedom Christ promised.
Be Encouraged Today:
God will provide. Not just sometimes—not just barely—but faithfully and fully. Look at the birds and remember: If He cares for them, He will certainly take care of you. Rest in His love, release the worry, and trust Him with every need you have.
