Kellie Borden felt like her life was falling apart when her parents got divorced. She fell into a darkness where nothing made sense and she had no idea who she was. She made friends with people who made her feel accepted and loved. Thinking that it was the right thing to do, she lived with them – partying, drinking, taking drugs and having sex.
At the age of 19, she found out that she had an STD disease which had turned into a pre-cancerous condition. She felt devastated, hopeless and dying and attempted to take her own life with an overdose of pills.
One day she met a guy whose parents were pastors and he invited her to a church and what she felt the first time she went inside the church was peace and love she never knew existed. Right there and then she accepted Christ in her heart.
“I knew that it had to be Jesus. He just became so real to me. Lord Jesus this has to be You. There’s nobody else in the world that will know this for You. I don’t know what this means but I know that I want to know You and I want You to show me who You are,” Kellie cried and wept on her knees in the Lord.
God had other plans for Kellie and now she is totally free from that pre-cancerous sickness. See how Jesus Christ changed her life.
