Relational
Relationship with God allows you to stay in tune with God’s thoughts and will for your life. In addition, it also allows you to form healthy, faith-based relationships with people around you. Do you have a longing for healthy, christ-centered friendships?
Spirit-Filled Friendships
Christ-centered friendships are great! I believe God allows us to form these kinds of relationships to build us up and even encourage us to draw closer to Him. Also, it’s important to have people in your life that are spirit lead and in tune with God’s voice in their life. Jesus can use people in your life to speak to you and direct your steps. “As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.” (Proverbs 27:17) Of course, He can speak to you directly but He also will use willing vessels around you!
The Main Thing
Keep in mind, that the main thing should always remain the main thing! Some might ask, “How do you know if I have healthy Christ-centered friendships?” Well, it’s quite simple. In times of need, they will always point you back to Jesus. In situations like this, it’s especially great to have people remind you who Jesus is and speak identify over you! “Where do I find healthy Christ-centered relationships?” some might add. I find the easiest way to find solid friendships is at church. This can sound scary to some and even high stakes, but simply asking God to bring you a good community can be a game-changer.
I want to pray for whoever is reading this today. If this resonates with you and you want to find Christ-like friendships, I pray divine appointments over your life! I pray confidence over you as you walk into new environments and that pursuing new relationships would be easy. That people would be attracted to God in you because of God’s overflowing presence in your life!
