“She is now receiving the best care. Please keep her and our family in your prayers. We feel the prayers from around the world, and ask for privacy during this time,” she wrote at the time.

But later, the family released a statement to Fox News Digital through a representative that Lisa did not make it. She had passed away at 54.
The statement said, “Priscilla Presley and the Presley family are shocked and devastated by the tragic death of their beloved Lisa Marie. They are profoundly grateful for the support, love and prayers of everyone, and ask for privacy during this very difficult time.”

Most Passionate And Loving Woman
Priscilla expressed how she felt about her daughter’s sudden loss to People Magazine. She described her as “the most passionate strong and loving woman” she had ever known. Then the grieving mom also asked for understanding from the public to give them privacy in these trying times.
“Thank you for the love and prayers. At this time there will be no further comment,” she stated.
Following Her Dad’s Footsteps
Just like her father, Elvis, Lisa learned to love music growing up. At a young age, she already entered the world of celebrities. Soon, she released her own music. According to a Fox News report, the singer released three albums between 2003 and 2012.

Also, according to Beliefnet, the singer was involved in many humanitarian initiatives to help people. This was mostly through Presley Charitable Foundation.
Perhaps the news has disheartened many. But let us keep the Presley family in our prayers as they grieve. May God’s comfort and peace embrace their souls as they face this heartbreaking season of their lives.
