Roxli Doss, an 11-year-old girl, was diagnosed with Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma (DIPG). It is a cancerous brain tumor that cannot be cured. Doctors from different hospitals examined Roxli, and they all agreed that she was suffering from the terrible, deadly disease.
But God had other plans when Roxli received a miraculous gift. After her parents, Gena and Scotts Doss, prayed for a miracle to happen, God answered by pouring out His wonders to Roxli.
“It is very rare, but when we see it, it is a devastating disease,” said Dr. Virginia Harrod with Dell Children’s Medical Center in Austin, Texas. “You have decreased ability to swallow, sometimes vision loss, decreased ability to talk, eventually difficulty with breathing.”
During this devastating time in their lives, Roxli and her family never gave up. The courageous Roxli went through weeks of radiation and other treatments. Their community also helped them by raising funds to help pay for medical costs, and most of all by praying for a miracle to happen.
God heard their prayers – a wonderful miracle happened.
When the doctors conducted an MRI of Roxli’s brain, they noticed a strange phenomenon. The tumor had miraculously disappeared. The doctors were completely puzzled and couldn’t explain what happened.
“When I first saw Roxli’s MRI scan, it was actually unbelievable,” Dr. Harrod said. “The tumor is undetectable on the MRI scan, which is really unusual.”
Roxli’s parents knew completely at that moment who healed their daughter. They were crying for joy because of what God given to their daughter: a miraculous healing and a new lease on life. The whole family wholeheartedly thank God for saving Roxli.
This wonderful testimony proves that our God is a miracle-working God. He works in ways we cannot see and understand. We have to trust in His great love for us. Do not give up and receive the miracle healing that God wants to pour out on your life.
