Colt Ford Recounts Incident
Colt also attested how the near-death experience changed him. He described that “it’s been spiritually and physically changing.” Further, he detailed what happened before the heart attack. The 53-year-old recounted walking back to the bus and texting his fiancée. Soon after, he fell to the ground. Thankfully, his bandmates arrived and immediately saw him.
Later, on May 8, he posted a video and shared a message to his fans. In the recorded clip, he wore a patient lab gown and it was the first time he went outside of the hospital breathing some fresh air.
Also, in the “Big D & Bubba” show, he shared that the “Lord had him in the right place at the right time.” Although he has not yet totally recovered, he is trusting God.
“God could not have had me in a better place,” he said.
Continue to pray for the country singer’s full recovery. May this experience lead him to know Jesus and go deeper into his relationship with God.
