Christ In Me shared a friendly reminder to all Christian students, prioritize Jesus Christ above all else, even your studies.
Christian students
Christ In Me, a Christian Facebook page, shared an important message for Christian students. They reminded the students to prioritize God above all else, even over their academics. Every student usually has a busy schedule, but let us not forget that we are to prioritize our relationship with Jesus Christ.
“While it’s important to focus on our studies and do well in school, we must never allow this to become an excuse for neglecting our church ministries. It’s easy to get caught up in the demands of academia and forget the ultimate reason we are living, which is to honor and serve Christ. I know how busy students are these days… But God deserves to be the first rather than the achievements we are gaining on earth. Remember that we are nothing without His grace.”

Prioritize God
Prioritizing our spiritual life doesn’t mean that we have to disregard our studies, it’s all about discipline and time management. You just have to set a time every day when you can focus only on the Lord. Use that time for praying and meditating on the Word.
“We must remember that our spiritual growth is just as important as our academic success, if not more so. We must make intentional efforts to prioritize our time with God. Even if it means waking up a little earlier or sacrificing other activities.”
In Matthew 6:33, Jesus promised us that He would take care of all our needs if we would just seek first His Kingdom. As Christian students, let us hold on to that promise. Trust in the Lord that as we prioritize His Kingdom, He will give us the resources we need for our academics.
“Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.” -Matthew 6:33
