Passion Music’s Brett Younker talks about their latest album “Burn Bright” as he urges everyone to preach the Gospel to all nations.

“Burn Bright” is an extended play album by Passion Music released earlier this year. It features five worship songs including, “New Thing,” “Beautiful Jesus,” and “My Eyes Have Seen.” In an interview, worship leader Brett Younker talked about the album and the message that they’re trying to convey through the songs.
“The big heart of Passion is gathering people, we’ve been doing that for years now… It’s something that God allowed us to be able to do. To be able to pull people together from all circles of the Church,” Brett said in an interview with The Christian Post.

“Burn Bright”
Their prayer for today’s generation is that they would go and preach the Gospel to all the nations.
“God, would you send a generation to the nations… Would you help a wave of college students just see that one of the calls that you have on your people is to take the Gospel, to take the message of Jesus, the message of the resurrection to every nation, tribe and tongue.”
One particular song titled, “Shine Like Stars,” talks about how Isaiah asked the Lord to send him. Just like how Isaiah said yes to God’s calling of reaching the lost, let us also be willing to preach the Gospel. Let us lay down our lives to surrender to His calling.
“It has that prayer in Isaiah 6 where Isaiah has seen the glory of the Lord like this is our prayer for Passion. People who have seen Jesus as they experience Jesus, the power of God touching their life just like Isaiah. So, who will go forth? Isaiah said, ‘Here am I, send me.’”
