A traveler left his Bible in a remote Muslim village and did not expect what God would do through his mistake. The Bible helped the growth of local churches.
Bible left by traveler
An article written by God Reports about the story of a traveler’s Bible has inspired many. The testimony narrated how a traveler stopped by Nuraldaim Hassam’s house because of a rainstorm. Nuraldaim’s family welcomed the traveler warmly and let him stay for the night. The next day, the traveler left, but he also left something behind in the Hassam residence.
Nuraldaim, a Muslim living in a remote village in Sudan, discovered the item left behind by the traveler—it was a Bible.

Curious about the special book, Nuraldaim spent his days reading it. However, his father eventually discovered him and confiscated the Bible. He also forbade Nuraldaim from reading it again.
But God had His way of pursuing His beloved.
Knowing Jesus
One of Nuraldaim’s friends was a Christian who shared more about Jesus with him. The friend also invited him to attend church. Although Nuraldaim remained committed to his religion and did not initially accept Jesus as Lord, he found himself increasingly drawn to the Savior.
One day, a church leader presented Nuraldaim and his friends with an opportunity to study at a Bible school. They all joined, and gradually, Nuraldaim gave his heart to Jesus and accepted Him as his Lord and Savior.
Today, Nuraldaim is one of the church leaders in the Blue Nile Community Churches. His involvement in the ministry has helped many people come to know Jesus and His saving grace.
Although Nuraldaim is still unsure of the traveler’s identity, he knows that it was God’s amazing way of reaching him.
