The abdominal pain of Kathy Haviland has been healed after she claimed the prayer form a LIVE broadcast.
Kathy Haviland’s Story
She underwent surgery to remove a polyp and a portion of her colon. The procedure was successful for Kathy for two years. However, in July 2020, she began experiencing stomach pain. Upon waking in the morning, she would endure intense stomach discomfort that persisted throughout the day.
“My husband had to help a lot because bending over hurt. Lifting anything that was like a gallon of water or anything like that, it would be painful,” she said.
However, she was still experiencing a lot of pain despite the assistance she received. Kathy visited a doctor and discovered that the surgery she had undergone two years earlier had resulted in a surgical hernia, explaining why she was constantly in severe pain.
Abdominal Pain Healed
The doctor informed Kathy that she needed to promptly consult with a surgeon for an evaluation. Consequently, she underwent outpatient surgery. However, even after the procedure, she continued to experience pain.
“By the next morning when I tried to get up, it was very painful again. Trying to sit up hurt a lot. I had to hold my stomach in to be able to sit up and just stand up. Then I stayed in the recliner most of the time,” Kathy said.

Despite the pain, Kathy always began her day with prayer. “Jesus… I love being in His presence and just hearing what He has to say,” she mentioned. She also tuned in to The 700 Club, as she typically does, where Pat and Wendy were imparting words of knowledge.

Pat’s prayer was, “I think of a woman, but you’ve had something with your abdomen. It may have been that you had a birth or that was surgery on your abdomen, about your abdominal muscles. Put your hand on your abdomen right now. In the name of Jesus, touch them. Thank You, Lord.”
“When he said that, I just felt such a big… come over me,” Kathy said with tears in her eyes. “And the pain started to subside right away. By the next morning it was so much better.”
Since then, Kathy has been pain-free, and her life has returned to normal!
“God is just wonderful. It just reminded me that all I need is one word from God sometimes for the miracle,” she concluded.
